Description

This course explores mental health and wellbeing, helping learners identify everyday stressors and build resilience strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and low confidence. Participants will recognise their personal strengths and transferable skills, develop basic employability tools such as CVs and interview preparation, and understand workplace rights and support for mental health. Learners will also create a personal Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) to guide their wellbeing and employment goals.
