Description

The Eco Centre in Skegness is offering weekly sessions towards a 15 guided learning hour course in the conservation and horticultural areas at the Centre. The aim is to allow you to take part in skills-building outdoor activities to increase your knowledge of safely using edged tools in the woodlands, the wider countryside and the great outdoors.
The course allows you to practise many different woodland and gardening skills, such as pruning, coppicing and other woodland maintenance techniques.
You can take part in the activities individually, in smaller or larger groups, whichever is best suited to your individual needs. The course timings are flexible and we always try to offer the course at times in response to the needs of the individual learner or groups. Please call us for more details and how we can plan a course for you, or find out how you can join in with a pre-arranged course.
