If you feel like you need a better sleep routine then this course is for you. Learn the science of sleep and the impact it has on our health, with practical strategies to improve sleep, reducing nighttime anxiety with breathwork and body scan techniques. This course will help you to develop a better sleep routine, which will help improve your mental health, mental clarity and focus.
