The Drama for Wellbeing course is a hands-on program designed to provide participants with a range of techniques and exercises that support personal wellbeing. Through a creative and nurturing environment, this course introduces methods such as grounding exercises, confidence building, bodywork, movement, warm-ups, drama games, guided relaxation, body language, breathing exercises, journaling, mindfulness, visualization, improvisation, and meditation. These tools are designed to empower participants with practical strategies they can carry forward to enhance their ongoing wellbeing.

This course welcomes individuals who are interested in using drama for self-expression, relaxation, and personal growth. Whether you're seeking to increase self-awareness, boost self-confidence, or simply carve out valuable "me" time each week among a small group of supportive peers, this course offers a space to do just that.
