Description


Come along to learn techniques in dessert making. The course will cover:
Meringue nests; making and piping meringue and finishing with cream and fresh fruit
Lemon meringue tart; making sweet pastry and finishing a dessert for final presentation
Mousse; whisking and folding in skills with various finishing techniques

This course could link to further study including level 2 food safety, or part time study within the department covering level 2 food production and cooking or level 2 professional cookery.
