Description

Journaling is a way of making a permanent record of the good things in life, significant events, your feelings, and your progress towards personal goals. 

This is a powerful way of improving your wellbeing.

Journaling is a form of mindfulness practice and one of the most powerful tools known to gain personal insight, solve problems and explore new ideas without the pressure to make it look good or make sense to others. 

There are no rules! You can write, draw, use collage, add photos, anything goes. 

The aim of this course is to help you start on your own journaling journey by enabling you to develop an understanding of how journaling can benefit you, and your wellbeing, getting you started with journaling ideas, page layouts and techniques.
