This 10-hour course will introduce you to the basics of exercise, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

You will look into the different systems of the body - what they are and how they respond to exercise, Components of fitness, what they are and how they are tested, and what is meant by a healthy lifestyle - Investigating lifestyles and different things that can affect our lifestyle.
