Description

Join us for our introductory course and learn more about what it takes to deliver great customer service. From retail to hospitality, weíll work with you to look at the behaviours and skills youíll need to find a job in the service sector. On this course you will learn the difference between good and bad customer service, how to work as a team, the difference between internal and external customers and how to handle complaints.
